Daniel Swarovski Collection
The Daniel Swarovski collection is celebrating its 20th anniversary this year, and to commemorate the occasion, 20 new bag designs and 20 new pieces of jewelry have been added to the brand’s high-end collection of Swarovski accessories. The new collection highlights the advancements in crystal technology, with innovative applications of the famed crystals. All the pieces in the collection are inspired by ‘20s art deco. The newest addition is an expanded watch collection, which includes high quality Swiss-made timepieces. The brand’s signature jewelry collection for autumn/winter 2009/10 (Nature Reloaded) is inspired from the nature-oriented theme. This collection includes wooden pendants festooned with crystals and mushroom-shaped charms of plum, forest green and black crystal. For women, they have a crystal cuff, the D:Light ($1,500-$1,700), a wrap-around leather band ($575) and timepieces with a metal watchband and crystal bezel ($650-$750). The D:Light is a stylish, dazzling bracelet that doubles as a digital watch. The time display for the watch is made of crystals and lights up on the press of a button.
