Motion C5 Mobile Clinical Assistant
Motion Computing has announced their C5, a Mobile Clinical Assistant (MCA) that rides on the Verizon Wireless mobile broadband network. The Motion C5 comes with enhanced performance and includes the latest WiFi technology and a new 64GB SSD option.
C5 is the first industry’s MCA developed in collaboration with Intel. It’s a hospital-grade device that has been proven in healthcare environments. The C5 has been over more than 4,000 healthcare organizations worldwide. It has proven to enhance clinician satisfaction, improve point of care documentation, increase clinician productivity and improve clinical documentation accuracy.
The C5 device is a rugged beast, with various optional accessories making it widely usable in various conditions, and it’s also well integrated with other devices such as digital camera, RFID reader and barcode scanner etc.
