I’m not too sure if one would carry an electronic dictionary these days, just for the sake of looking up the meanings of some vocabularies. As some of today’s smart phones are pre-loaded with dictionary software that can serve what you want.
Perhaps you would carry one with you, if it’s ultra thin that is easier to slip into your pocket or bag. Here comes the new electronic dictionary, X40Kris, that has just been introduced by Nurian. The X40Kris is an ultra thin electronic dictionary that measures only 21.3mm in thickness.
It features a 4.3-inch LCD display, a full QWERTY keyboard, comes loaded with internal memory of 4GB and supports XviD, Flash, MP3 and PDF files. Besides working as a dictionary, the X40Kris also comes loaded with some games, making it a little more useful for killing some times. Furthermore, it can be used as an e-book reader and the price is $253.
